Is there a free trial?
Two, in a way. Sharing is free with no credit card: wrap your AI content in a branded page and send the link, which stays live for 3 days on the free plan. Lead capture and permanent links come with a 14-day free trial of Pro, so you can flip the form on, watch real leads arrive, and only pay if you keep it.
Will my plan auto-renew?
Pro renews automatically on whichever cadence you pick, monthly or yearly. You can cancel anytime from settings and keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
Do you offer discounts for non-profits or startups?
Yes. Y Combinator and Techstars batches get six months of Pro free. Registered charities get 50% off. Email hello@sendclaw.io with proof.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Nothing leaves SendClaw. Existing leads stay stored and exportable on request. Your lead forms switch off, so links keep working and share the content openly, and webhook delivery pauses. Upgrade again and everything switches back on.
Do you support invoicing and POs?
Yes, on annual Pro. Email hello@sendclaw.io and we'll set up net-30 invoicing, MSA, and DPA.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, no questions asked, within 30 days of any monthly Pro charge.
