Terms of Service
Last updated 4 July 2026.
These terms govern your use of SendClaw, a service operated by ASTRA Digital Solutions LTD, a company registered in England and Wales, trading as SendClaw. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. They are maintained by our team and reviewed periodically. Questions to hello@sendclaw.io.
1. The service
SendClaw is a hosted lead-capture and content-gating service. You upload or link content, configure a form gate, and share a URL; visitors submit the form to view the content and their details are delivered to you and to any destinations you configure. Access requires a valid account and continued compliance with these terms.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when you sign up and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Organisation admins control who can access their workspace and what role each member has.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use SendClaw to host or distribute malware, spam, content that infringes intellectual property rights, deceptive or fraudulent material, or anything that breaches applicable law. Do not attempt to probe, overload, or circumvent the security of the service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this section, with notice where practicable.
4. Your content and your leads
You retain ownership of every document, artifact, and lead you collect through SendClaw. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, and serve that content and data on your behalf, and nothing more. We do not train AI models on your content or your leads.
For lead data you collect through gates, you are the data controller and we act as your processor, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect that data and for complying with privacy law in the territories you operate in. A data processing agreement is available on request from hello@sendclaw.io.
5. Billing
The Free plan is free, with the limits shown on the pricing page. Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through our payment provider Stripe; your card details go directly to Stripe and are never stored by us. Plans renew automatically until cancelled; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep access until then.
You can request a refund, no questions asked, within 30 days of any monthly Pro charge. If we change prices, existing subscriptions keep their price until renewal and we will give you reasonable notice. If you downgrade, your data stays in place; paid-only features simply stop applying, as described on the pricing page.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate at any time. You can close your account from settings or by emailing hello@sendclaw.io. After termination we retain your data for 30 days so you can export it, then delete it. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these terms or non-payment.
7. Changes to the service
SendClaw is under active development and features will change over time. We will not materially reduce the core functionality you pay for during a billing period without notice. We aim for high availability but do not offer a contractual SLA on self-serve plans.
8. Intellectual property
We own the SendClaw platform, branding, and everything that makes the service run. These terms give you a right to use the service, not a licence to copy it. If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without obligation to you.
9. Liability
The service is provided as is, and we disclaim all implied warranties to the extent permitted by law. Our total liability for any claim arising under these terms is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost data caused by events outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under the law of England and Wales, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will post changes on this page, update the date at the top, and give notice by email for material changes. Continued use of the service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
